How it all started...
Paul and Cindy are the founder's and Pastors of Power House Church and Director's of Alliance Biblical Leadership Academy (ABLA). They have a passion to spread the gospel, raise leaders, restore lives, reach the lost and train others to do so.
Pastor Paul is devoted to providing teachings, leadership and guidance for the church as a whole. He is following a vision and directive that God has given him to establish a church of power, the word and the Holy Spirit.
Both he and Pastor Cindy reside in Bakersfield with their 2 children, nephew and 2 cats (Motor & Elsie).

Expanding the vision of PHC will take prayer, families, volunteers, leaders, elders and church staff who will function under the same vision, goals and desire to see the hand of God move in our cities and nation.
